NOTICE - All sales of firearms are regulated by the Gun Control Act of 1968. You can pay for your purchase using our shopping cart and a credit card we accept. You must have your local dealer fax their federal firearms license (FFL) to us at (302) 856-9809. Upon receipt and verification of the FFL, we will ship the firearm to the address on the FFL. Your dealer will execute a ATF Form 4473 form for your background check and any other regulations that apply to your State. They will charge a fee for doing so. You must pass all State requirements before the firearm is transferred to you. If, for some reason, you do not pass the background check, meaning you cannot own a firearm, no refund from us will apply. You must negotiate with your dealer to sell the firearm in their store, or have them purchase it. Make sure you can legally own your purchase in your State. ALL OF OUR MERCHANDISE IS EITHER SHIPPED FREE OR HAS A FLAT RATE FOR SHIPPING AND INSURANCE. ACCESSORIES ARE $5.00 AND FIREARMS ARE $30.00
